We know that your schedule can be hectic, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Our pet care service rates include care for up to two pets. Additional pet fees will apply for each additional pet, ensuring comprehensive and personalized attention for all your furry family members.

An additional travel charge is applied for pet care services booked in Temple Valley and beyond and Waimanalo
Pet Taxi Service - Please call the home office for our pet taxi rates (We do not provide pet transportation to and from the airport)
All pet care rates are up to two pets per household
Late pick up/drop off of all private boarding clients more than 1 hour late will be charge a late fee

Pet Care Services

Initial consult fee

There is an initial meet and greet fee of $20 applied to our new clients. The meet and greet fee must be paid prior to the scheduled appointment with your new pet nanny. The initial fee will be applied to the first pet care services the client books

-The initial meet and greet is non refundable without at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment

-If a second meet and greet is requested by the client, a $15 fee will be applied

Group walks/hikes

For the safety and well-being of all dogs in our group hikes and walks, we require all participants to have up to date vaccination records. Documentation is mandatory. Additionally, we only accept dogs that have been spayed or neutered. These measure ensure a secure and harmonious environment for ever furry friend in our care.

15-minute Walk/Pet Visit ($20.00)

Is your furry friend in need of a quick potty break during your busy workday? Our 15 minute visits provide an ideal solution for your pet’s needs. Whether it’s a refreshing quick walk for your dog or a reassuring check-in for your cat, we’re here to help. Please keep in mind that if you require a feeding session, a 30 minute visit is recommended to ensure ample time for proper care and attention

30-minute Walk/Pet Visit ($24.00)

Our 30 minute walk/pet care visit is our most popular service, tailored for mid day visits or morning and/or evening care sessions. Please be aware that households with multiple pets may benefit from longer visits, typically 45 minutes to 1 hour, to ensure each pet receives individual attention and care.

45-minute Walk/Pet Visit ($29.00)

Allow your dog extra time to stretch their legs outdoors with our 45 minute walks and pet visits. This service includes ample time for feedings and medication administration at no additional charge, along with additional playtime for your feline family member.

1-hour Walk/Pet Visit ($38.00)

For furry family members seeking extra attention or in need of more exercise, our 1 hour visits are an excellent choice. This option is also ideal for multiple pet households and energetic dogs ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.

In- Home Overnight Care ($90)

We provide in-home overnight care at your residence, providing the best service for clients whose pets are most comfortable staying in the familiar surroundings of their own home. This ensures your pets receive personalized care in a setting where they feel safe and secure. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of your return. Please read our cancellation policy for any further questions.

Private Boarding ($85)

Our private boarding services provide a cozy and loving environment, ensuring your pet enjoys the comfort of a home-like setting during their extended stay. This option is ideal for pets who thrive in familiar surroundings. A meet and greet session is required for our pet nannies who also have a dog of their own. This ensures that your dog and the nanny’s dog can enjoy their time together and establish a positive relationship before services begin.

We require current vaccination records upon request. A 50% deposit is necessary to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of your return.

Pet taxi services available upon request for an additional fee. Additional travel fee outside of Kailua/Kaneohe will apply.

An additional late fee will be charged for late pick- ups and drop-offs by the clients

If a client’s dog damages any belongings while boarding at one of our nanny’s homes, the client will be responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacing these items

Payment/Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required prior to all regular pet-sitting services being rendered. We do not "hold" bookings without payment.

Regular walks and pet visits require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a refund to be issued.

Extended care bookings require a 50% deposit to be secured; otherwise we do not hold the reservation.

Extended care bookings are eligible for a refund if canceled at least 14 days prior to the reservation start date. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.

Vaccines/Flea & Tick Preventive required for Private Boarding Clients & Group Walks & Hikes

For the well-being of all of our furry guests, we require the following vaccinations to be up to date for all private boarding clients and dogs participating in group hikes and walks:

DA2PPLHL (Distemper, Aden Virus, Hepatitis, Parvo

Para-influenza

Leptospirosis

Bordatella

Additionally all client dogs must be receiving a monthly flea and tick preventative treatment. In the event a client’s dog is found to have fleas, a flea bath will be administered at an additional charge to the client.

There will be an additional holiday fee applied to all pet care services booked on the following holidays:

Initial Consultation Fee and Additional Consultation Fees

We begin every client relationship with a meet and greet session. This is a valuable opportunity for us to get acquainted and discuss your expectations for pet care.

To secure your appointment with your new pet nanny, a $20 fee will be required to hold the appointment. If you need to cancel, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice for a full refund.

The initial meet and greet fee will be applied as a credit towards your first paid booking.

Should you wish to schedule an additional meet and greet with your pet nanny, a $15 fee will be charged. This is to ensure we continue to provide personalized care for your pets.

During the meet and greet, your designated pet nanny will conduct a review of all documentation relevant to the care of your pet and residence. It is crucial that you clearly articulate your expectations for pet care.

Additionally this is the opportune moment to entrust your keys to your designate pet nanny. Failure to provide house keys will be subject to a $10 key pick up and return fee. You may also choose to have the home office secure your keys for future services. Please allocate 30 minutes to 1 hour for the meet and greet.
